Failure to cancel prior to the departure or check-in time is considered a no-show, and no refund will be processed unless allowed by the travel supplier.

Our responsibility is limited to the booking and payment facilitation of the services you select.
Liability for any claim against Sambo Air is limited to the amount paid directly to us for our services, excluding supplier costs.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate details and review all booking information immediately upon receipt.

6. Supplier Changes & Force Majeure

7. Car Rentals & Tours
